When did my order ship out?  

Currently all orders are being shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays via UPS and USPS if the item is in stock.  Please allow 5-7 business days for some orders to ship.  Skates may take 7-14 business days to receive.  If you need rush shipping, please call or email so we can set you up! 

International shipping?

Order received incorrectly?

Please call immediately at 405-605-0876 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm CST) or email contact@switchbladeskate.com We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Need an exchange?

For exchanges for incorrect sizing, please call or email for shipping instructions.  The shipping expense will be the responsibility of the customer.  All exchanges must be in unused and original condition with packaging please!

You wanna return?

For returns, again please call or email first for instructions.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Once the item is received, less the amount of shipping costs, a credit will be issued to your card.
